GRADUATION SATISFACTORY &

REQUIREMENTS

     A diploma is awarded to each student who completes all hours of training for his or her course and ALL of the following requirements are met:

-   Final Exams in both written and practical work has been maintained (75% or above).

-   Students must complete all the hour required for the course.

-   All tuition requirements are met.

 GRADING STRUCTURE

Progress is measured according to the following scale:

        90% - 100%            A       =       Excellent

        80% -  89%             B       =       Above Average

        75% -  79%             C       =       Average

        74% and below        D       =       Unsatisfactory

     Each theory test must be passed with score of 75% or better. A 75% or better grade point average must be maintained for all practical exams. The instructor will grade base on a Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory basis. Be advised that; the student, who the academic progress or attendance grades are unsatisfactory, will require to see the school’s counselor for tutoring or advising, which will be providing by school, if the problem is repetitive, school will refer to a professional assistance if necessary.

Adherence to the school’s Attendance Policy as well as maintaining required grades is necessary for satisfactory progress. It is the student’s responsibility to fully understand and comply with the School’s Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM AND ALL GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS WITHIN THE 150% OF THE PUBLISHED LENGTH OF THE PROGRAM.

ATTENDANCE AND MAKE-UP HOUR POLICY

     Absence, excused or un-excused, are recorded in the instructor’s daily attendance book, and also on the student’s attendance grade sheet. A student unable to attend classes must call the school and report to the office.

     An excused absence is one that is due to illness, death in the immediate family, or any other unavoidable circumstance. The school must be advised of the reason for said absence within 24 hours. Any absence beyond three days must be supported by documentary evidence or said absence will be recorded as an un-excused. Whether the absence is excusable or inexcusable, the time missed must be made up during the school’s make-up schedule:

        Full-Time:   Monday to Friday 09:00 am - 05:30 pm 

                          Saturday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

        Part-Time:  Monday to Friday 05:00 pm  - 09:00pm  

                          Saturday or Special time assigned

     All students will receive the credit for hours attended.

     The school does not deduct or add hours as penalty or bonus.

     The school will round hours to no more than the nearest ¼ hour.
